Where's the link for the official announcement stating when the opening will begin? I have yet to see one. It is Thursday. All I have heard was Saturday. Well, if it's going to open on Saturday, don't you think maybe they shoud announce it?

All I see is "if" it opens and a lot of educated speculation, but no firm, unequivocal statement that it will be opened.

right

projections aren't guaranteed

if the flow somehow doesn't reach 1.5, then it won't be opened, (slim chance)

they won't announce an opening until they know, IMO

The governor has already said that he will give a 3-day notice before opening Morganza.
