I have been buying my Ribeye's from ALDI. They sell in signal packs at $14.97lb. Their choice are nice size and I like that I can buy singles.

It's the closest grocery store to my house so I go quite a bit to grab little items I may need in a hurry like eggs, milk, bananas, etc. But we usually go to Albertsons or Rouses for "big" grocery trips.
Aldi's Winking Owl wine is good too for the price. $3.95 for a bottle or $14.35 for a 3 liter box.

Keeps cars from getting hit in the parking lot by runaway carts. Walmart parking lot is a body shop's dream. Pretty ingenious if you ask me. Oh, and you get the quarter back.

Not a big fan. They have some staple items that I use a lot of at good prices. I will go to stock up on those items periodically. Some stuff like olive oil, chicken stock etc. Never go for my normal shopping items.
Now, my daughter loves Aldi because they have a lot of dye free foods. My grandson has big time ADHD and she works very hard to keep the dyes out of his diet. It made a remarkable difference in his behavior.

Aldi feels like a place where you would have to shop if you lived in the USSR in the 1980s. Absolutely awful. Are there actual Americans who chose to shop here when there are dozens and dozens of locally owned better choices?

I like the Red Thunder energy drinks, direct knockoff of Red Bull. $3.99/4 pack, tastes exactly the same.

We get certain things from Rouse's but 90% of our groceries come from Aldi. Much better prices and much healthier options.. We aren't brand loyal.

I'm half German. I'm supporting the Fatherland.

I'm assuming East, not West!

I went in one and it is kinda cool. But not for real grocery shopping.
