Did you do business with ICA? I knew their blend guy (Wayne) really well for maybe 15 years. Did you ever discuss them making your sauce to sell commercially?

I was a Sous there when I met my wife Mrs Chef! i don't have that recipe, have a lot of others tho! Gumbo yaya and Turtle soup to mention a few.

foodies was awesome.
there was a sandwich there that was my favorite but i dont remember what it was called...it was sliced grilled chicken with mushrooms (i think...)

It was fun to work there. Always smelled great. The bread program was AWESOME. Labor cost killed it in the end I believe.

Mr Harrison would cook 50 gallons of soup at a time. That soup was something special!

All of this BBQ talk, and I go home for lunch to find my new grill and grilling table have arrived! Now for a couple hours of beer drinking and grill assembly.
