PHO ORCHID on Houma Blvd in Metry. We ate there 2x a week at least!
What were some of the things you ordered there?

I've had it, they slice their meat thin, I prefer chucks like they do at PTB.

Did you do business with ICA? I knew their blend guy (Wayne) really well for maybe 15 years. Did you ever discuss them making your sauce to sell commercially?

Foodies rocked. We would go there for brunch and during the week I'd pick up soup and bring it home.

It was fun to work there. Always smelled great. The bread program was AWESOME. Labor cost killed it in the end I believe.

Mr Harrison would cook 50 gallons of soup at a time. That soup was something special!

All of this BBQ talk, and I go home for lunch to find my new grill and grilling table have arrived! Now for a couple hours of beer drinking and grill assembly.
