Just got a Blackstone from Costco. Stoked to use…now looking for recipes. What are your favorite recipes to throw down on the stone?

I was so stoked when I first got mine. Cooked just about every meal on it for a month. Was doing big breakfasts and pancakes every weekend. Novelty wore off pretty quick. Now basically just use it if I’m doing stir fry, Philly cheesesteak, quesadillas, chicken fajitas, smash burgers or pancakes. Steaks, chops, and regular burgers are all better on the grill.

I use mine for fajitas or tacos all the time. I like to blast the tortillas on one side, keeping the griddle dry, until they puff up and char a little, while I do the meat and veggies on the other side. It's also great for burgers if you prefer smash burger style. We do breakfast for dinner every couple weeks at our house, which is easy on the Blackstone so I don't have to dirty a thousand pans cooking bacon/pancakes/eggs three different ways. Fried rice or stir fry style vegetables are easy.
I basically use it for anything super high heat that's going to spray oil everywhere, or anything that would require me to use more than 2 skillets. Getting a couple smallish steel mixing bowls is helpful because you can throw them upside down over some green beans or broccoli with a splash of water and steam veggies that way.
ETA it's great for blackening fish or chicken. I love me some blackened fish but I get tired of smelling it in my kitchen after the third or fourth day.

Todd Tovin videos are great. Stir fry, fajitas, smash burgers are easy and great.
Todd Toven
spelled his last name wrong.
ETA as stated above, its a great surface on which to cook bacon. Especially if you need to cook a whole pack of it and don't want to use your oven.

Like people have said the best uses
Any kind of taco quesadilla (besides maybe ground beef) Being able to cook filling and warm tortillas at the same time is great
cheesesteaks
Smash burgers
breakfast
grilled cheese
Hibachi/stir fry
and dinner you would cook in a skillet or an you can cook faster

You can also fill an aluminum tray with oil and do some shallow frying. Prefer doing that over stinking up the house frying indoors.

Fajitas
Breakfast foods - all of them
Smash burgers
That's probably the things I cook the most on mine.

Bruce Mitchell, a Cajun, on YouTube cooks a ton of cajun-ish stuff on his Blackstone, and although I don't have one yet, when I do eventually, I'll be trying a bunch of his stuff. It looks really good.

Some things that I like to do that people haven't added:
- Steak bites
- Grilled Shrimp
- I like to smoke chicken (boneless breast or thigh) and then cut it up and do a hot and fast sear on the blackstone
- I also like to smoke porkchops slow and low and then finish on the griddle

Just grilled some salmon fillets with veggies and rice all at one time. Very convenient and not messing up 3 pans and smelling the house up.
Lots of blackened fish with griddle veggies
