I ate at the one in Baton Rouge for the first time the other day.
Wow!! It’s my favorite go to fast service restaurant now when I’m in town.
If you don’t know it’s kinda like a Mediterranean Chipotle.
If you haven’t tried it before you should.

Ehhh, it's a big step down from Zoe's Kitchen. Zoe's was the go-to when my wife or I didn't have anything on tap for dinner and we wanted something halfway healthy.

I like Cava but it’s very high in sodium. Calories aren’t bad though.

I enjoy the braised lamb and fiery broccoli in my pita. I just don't like that it'll run me about $14 to get what I want there. It's a once in a month type place for me.

To me Cava is what Zoe’s wanted to be. I never had anything good from Zoe’s it was like Subway trying to be fancy Mediterranean and sucking.
Their harissa chicken is really good and they have a lot more flavor variety than Chipotle
