Well even though you came here and I felt compelled to ask a few quesations after you validated your account I will bow out as I am sure you are dealing with a lot.
I think in a small space of time you learned a lot and if the opportunity came to do it again you now will be more prepared to ask the right questions and ensure opening day and the following months will be successful. Good Luck.

At one time I thought that was a way to get noticed, Then I figured out my food did the talking for me. People change I sure did. I've made a living in this city for the past 6 years smoking meat...I'm lucky. Now its on to the next chapter.
