I wonder why I never ate boiled eggs in college. Back when they were $1/ dozen, they would have been a cheap meal. For breakfast occasionally, and mustard and mayo were the few staples of most college fridges.

A cousin will finely ground some Ritz crackers and add to her mix. Adds a great buttery, salty backflavor..

The yolks + salt, pepper, mayo, apple cider vinegar, and paprika on top. Basic, tangy, and delicious.

Sometimes I'll add a piece of thick cut bacon on top.
