Joey Chestnut (the hot dog eating champ) won a pizza eating contest there last weekend.

Did you stop in? How was your experience? Been there twice.. first time nobody finished their food. Figured we give it another try but same thing.. Pizza is very bland and there is something odd about their dough. It's made thicker or something in order to be extra large - I don't know if this true, merely speculating but it has a kind of artificial taste to it.

I'd kill for a pizza like this in the Hammond area. Our pizza situation is god awful.

You know a pizza place is bad if people don’t even finish their slice.

I take it you haven’t had a chance to hit up Nola Mia yet? It’s the wood fired pizza truck. Because outside of this, I wholeheartedly agree there’s not a decent pizza place in the area.

I ate about 80% of that 2 foot pizza in the designated time. However, I threw up almost immediately.

If you eat it slow, the pizza is actually decent

Was not a fan, big arse slices but nothing unique about them. We got a slice of pepperoni, cheese, and something with meatballs. Wanted Margherita but could only order whole pizza no slices.

PD is much better than FBP. If you look up meh, one of those slices from FBP is next to it.

Explain how the pizza is terrible. I’ve never been, but I have never eaten a terrible pizza anywhere that I can think of. So I’m curious what defines a terrible pizza... it is pizza after all

I've had terrible pizza and the cheese was crusty/burnt, the dough tasted paste, and the pizza sauce was some organic gluten-free shite that lacked any flavor and had a bitter aftertaste

Cardboard-y bland dough with mediocre toppings... which is still fine enough but if you pick 10 random places for me to rank FBP will usually land 9-10 I’d guess
