Tart of Darkness from Bruery was my favorite beer on a night when I had a lot of good ones in San Diego one night. I want to try more of their stuff.

That beer is just stupid. Makes no sense that it is that good, IMO. No idea about the Autumn Maple. Probably gonna be a bust, but it sounded interesting. Oude Tart is great. Probably most excited to try the Liquid Bliss, to be completely honest.

I hear petrol is a bit of a let down.
I've been where I was underwhelmed with the selection, and it sucked when their kitchen was down for renovations, but it usually knocks it out the park as far as beer bars go.
I've also been to Hay Merchant and Flying Saucer and been underwhelmed.

SBD is another Ghost. Just a rush of tropical fruit. Really is a great beer.
Got some deets on Grand reserve day. Sounds like a hoot.

FBD is about to be a DFH 75 minute with maple syrup. I told myself it wouldn't be good but it ended up in my car anyway.

For med-rare, I would pull it at about 115. No more than 120. and then sear it real good at high heat on each side for a minute or two. My last one came out perfect when I pulled it at 115. I pretty much lit that sucker on fire when I seared it, and the charred fat was amazing. I look forward to when I add steak back into my diet once I get my blood profile back to where it should be.
