My gfs dad just got one that I think might be the exact one you have. I bought him a dual probe thermometer so will need to tell him to make sure to use it.

Yes. I have a Masterbuilt too and according to my Maverick thermometer it runs about 10 degrees high. No big deal compared to 44!

I like your style!

Chalk it up to personal preference, but that is one of the worst beers I’ve ever had. Wise Acre in general disappoints.
