Is Red's Chinese ever going to re-open?

I miss this place when I visit the city. Their General's Chicken and Bao were a great play on the traditional dishes. Their food was always very good IMO and I liked their "style".

Watching Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives and Red's is on. Wish they'd re-open. It was my wife's favorite.
