LC Burrito Ideas

Trying to do some meal prep, got any out of the box low carb burrito recipes that freeze well? Saw a chicken bacon ranch one I’m going to give a go, looking for a few other ideas outside of the typical breakfast burrito/beef burrito.

Not low calorie, but I did see one one of my feeds a “Frozen Burrito Casserole”. Like 6-8 burritos in a glass casserole, frijoles negros, picante sauce, shredded cheese on top w/sliced jalapeños.
