My Z Grill just bit the dust for the last time. I’m not signed up for the buy 1 get 10 free program thru them as I bought this one about 5 years ago.
Any pellet grill recs out there?
Any sales going on that anyone knows of? Thanks!

I have a Recteq and I can't say enough about it. All positive.

I have a Camp Chef and have zero complaints. If mine died, I would probably get the new Camp Chef Woodwind Pro or RecTeq Flagship 1100 or Dual 1200.

Recteqs are awesome, the Bullseye rusts out pretty quickly though.

I recently picked up a used (in like new condition) Weber Smokefire for really cheap. It's well made but it doesn't do well. Constant flame outs so I can't trust it for long cooks. If I have to baby a fire I'm just going to use my offset. I wouldn't recommend a Weber Pellet grill.

I'm about to order a Camp Chef Woodwind Pro 36. The additional smoke box for chunks of wood/charcoal seem to give it the edge over other pellet grills from the videos I've seen. I'd love to get a Pitts & Spitts but don't feel like spending $3k plus shipping for one.

I'm also going to add the Sidekick griddle and sear box to make a pretty versatile cooking machine.

Thanks for the replies. I really like everything that I’ve read about the recteqs. Leaning that way.

You can clown the pellet grill all you want. But yesterday I was on my way home from work, called my daughter, told her to fire it up that way it was ready to go when I got home. Makes life easy!

I know they’re not popular on here, but I’ve had 3 Traegers over the past 10 years and they’re all still working like the day I got them.

A tailgater I gave to my nephew after years of me using is still kicking
A timberline that’s about 4 or so years old
And a silverton that’s about 3 years old

I just bought a Yoder ys480s. Haven’t used it yet as I’ve got to finish the outdoor kitchen. Looking at size and cost I should have gone the next step up. The smoker is very solid built.
