You need a pizza dough designed for high heat - that is not likely a store bought dough. Maybe a pizza place that uses a wood fired oven will sell you some.
But really, just make the recipe on Ooni’s website. Dough is easy to make but it takes a little bit of practice. Tons of YouTube videos. Vito Iacopelli has about 6000 videos you can learn from.

If you go the homemade route, get some "00 flour." It has high protein and lots of stretchy gluten.

I can never taste the difference in 00 vs regular all purpose.. but I can feel the difference.. in my wallet
