I was all over it when it was on the Political Talk, but my posts were apparently deleted. It's not my work, it is all from other people like Ash and the other Ketoscience guys. His highsteaks.com website is just awesome. I just took the time to read it, for two and a half years.

I'll jump in shortly.

I give the nod to lsu777 on working out. But it pains me to see people dogging low carb diets.

Started the semi low carb train today along with IF which I usually do anyway

Lunch - pulled pork (no sauce), almonds, was supposed to be green beans but I forgot them

Dinner - briscuit (no sauce), mashed cauliflower

I throw a pinch of cream cheese and cheddar in with the cauliflower. I know dairy is usually frowned upon but I'll use it till I seem to hit a wall

Day 1 of the V-diet down.

Weights and measurements down. First day went well, I have been surprisingly full all day.

28 days left. I will post before/after pics.

Hubs has a doctors appointment tomorrow. We will see how much weight he has lost by accident because my diet has changed.

up about .6 after the 3 day weekend in Destin. I did really good with my diet up until the rehearsal dinner and reception. The dinner was at an italian place with a limited menu and then the reception I had a piece of cake and unknown amounts of yuengling as it was the only thing available with the supplied keg. All in all, lots of good fun and no real weigh gain to speak of.

That's about as far as I want to go. I need to do some weights now.

good luck you are going to need it, I did it about 7 years ago and lost like 25lbs in 28 days. but that shite was so rough. Back then the version had you only eating 1 solid meal a week. hardest diet I have ever done. of course then my wife got pregnant and my inner fat kid came out and I ballooned back to close to 250.

Current version has 1 solid meal at dinner, for me it's 600-800 calories. Last night I had a bison burger patty, steam bag of broccoli, fried egg on top with some cheese and a little seasoning.

So far so good on day 2
