I don't want to lose that much at a time, then they won't call me andouille anymore.

The only method is the same determination that got it off and most importantly getting on the scale every day even when you are done with the diet.

And of course not going right back to eating the way that got us here in the first place.

Nice week. Keep it up.

Geez. I think I was just a part of the new movie Pitch Dark II:The Bloodsuckers.

I was walking two miles on the levee and I waited to long to get out there and darkness hit and I am now one big giant red welt, and weak from the loss of a pint of blood.

The important question is...Do you think the blood loss will reflect on the scale tomorrow? If so, you may have invented a great new weight loss technique.

I would actually call 1 pound a massive success on a cruise. I would gain 20 sitting around drinking and hitting the buffet 4 times a day.

Good thing I dropped a pound. I was really going to crack today if I had 4 days with no drop.

Yesterday I ate 1647 calories. I went to the gym and did an upperbody workout for about 45 min.

This mornings weigh-in 232.4/229.6. Down 2.8 pounds.

Yesterday I slept late and that eliminated a snack in between the breakfast and lunch time frame. I only consumed 1173 calories.

This mornings weigh in 232.4/228.2, so far -4.2.

I think it may be fluctuations though because I weighed in at 9:30am instead of 6:00 am. My time between my last meal the night before and weigh in was greater.

No exercise gym closed at 1pm and I wanted to watch football. May go today after the Saints game.

I have been there. Started around 261 and now am about 235. Shooting for 175. Just know that you will be hungry for the next 8 to 10 months. But take it slow. Don't think of it as an end in mind. I have done that twice and both times gained it back. Life time work!
