I had my first beer today in a week. Now I only have 3 Ghost left. One a week!
Maybe a glass of blantons after steak and asparagus.
Beef tenderloin and chicken breast cooked for weekday lunches.

I must confess my sins.
I had a beer after I mowed my lawn and 6 Bourbons with crawfish today.. Took 3 hours to mow the yard, then mounted my TV in my living room, then had to move pick up some furniture, then boiled crawfish.
Skipped breakfast and had a light lunch so I still came out under 1700 cals on the day.. Much bloating to deal with this week though

Drank a good bit of beer this weekend.
Fasted now until 1pm.
Also, I had a cheat of Trey Yuen. Been a months since I've had anything fried. Took down an egg roll and a half, some chicken, shrimp and crab in a cloud, and some white rice.
Definitely don't feel as bad after this cheat as when I had pizza.
I did feel the difference in swollitude after getting some rice in muh body. Felt like bull.
Fasted now until 1pm.

Hey had a total of 4 beers this weekend. Had some wine last night...eating was good...one cheat meal Saturday where I had fajitas with flour tortillas and some chips. Otherwise good. I stayed within the total calorie limit. I'm fasting this morning for another hour.

I liked the way I felt the day after the Chinese cheat.
Gonna move my cheat to the day before deadlift from now on, which would make it a Friday night.

well, besides the initial gastric distress of the carb cheat if you go overboard like i did this week, you should feel good afterwards due to the extra glycogen in your muscles causing you to look fuller and have more in the tank for your workout

I'm sick of this elbow tendonitis....thought it was nearly gone and now it's flaming up wicked hard again. I'm curling 50s with my left arm and it hurts like hell to try to curl a 40 with the right.

The tennis elbow didn't stop the Gainz train.
Banged out chest. Felt strong today too.
I didn't weigh in today, but my waist is getting smaller. The IF is too easy.
