Is Arse in his 20's still?
Blew my mind not only his weekend routine, but especially waking up at 6 a.m. to go jog and run errands after going so hard.
But I'm old. Takes me 3 days to recover from an alcohol/food binge.

After clicking the link and reading through his weekend, I don't know how he does it. I'm a big baw and can put down some food, but not like that.
He had a pre-lunch before having an actual lunch.
Still sad to see these end. They were fun and he certainly provided variety.

Man, this is awful. Another role model bites the dust. I really enjoyed the rewinds and they inspired me to pick up and party on when the couch monster had me pinned.
I am with you guys. I would love to see him navigate a diet on the rewind. Make it happen Arse!!

I had the same epiphany a few years ago when I was trying every hamburger in the city and ate hamburgers 3-4 times a week for two months. I developed hypertension and got fat(ter).

Arse's problem came when Paul Prudhomme died. One of the things he liked to do these last few months was get the electric powered buggie at the grocery and roll around shopping (really just buying a handle of Beam) and talking to old ladies/stock clerks about his dinner plans.
That was the lowpoint. Beginning of the end, really.
