From a Facebook post.

"ST. CHARLES AVE HERE WE COME ????
Excited to share that we're moving to the Central Business District and reopening Saint John this fall at 715 St. Charles Avenue! ST. CHARLES AVENUE. What a dream. We're on the streetcar line AND parade route (MARDI GRAS 2025 here we come), we've got lots of parking, we're walking distance to the Superdome, Lafayette Square... ALL the things. We're ready to BE HERE FOR OUR COMMUNITY. Because that's why we do what we do, and that's why we wanted to keep this restaurant alive. A huge thanks to everyone who believed in our team and our concept - the love we received for our menu made us work even harder to find a solution, and here we are.
Leading the charge in the kitchen with Exec Chef Eric Cook will be Chef de Cuisine Darren Chabert, who has worked alongside Cook for the last two years overseeing culinary operations at Gris-Gris, Gris-Gris to Go Go and Saint John. The restaurant plans to reopen in early fall with an updated lunch and dinner menu featuring many of the restaurant’s previous top-selling dishes, along with an enhanced daily happy hour.
THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT -- STAY TUNED FOR OPENING DATE DETAILS COMING LATER THIS SUMMER ????"

Le Chat Noir was previously in this building.

I know a lot of people were eyeing that spot since its already pretty well appointed and ready to go. Good move for them imo

The outside of the building is lovely. The building description definitely includes some pluses. There are pictures of the inside in the link below. Those are not so appealing to me, but that can be changed.

Man $16,500 a month just seems like a lot, but I’m sure that’s the going rate.

True. There's a nice balcony as well.
