I've never tried the Grenade, but I'm a fan of the LA 31 Biere Pale and know plenty people who are as well. It is a good beer.

I had the LA 31 Biere Pale last year at a beer tasting & thought is was nasty. This year I decided to give it another try, along with the Grenade. Didn't like either one. Sucks b/c I would like to support a local company.
The woman at their booth admitted that the flavor of their beer wasn't for everyone. She mentioned another brew coming out soon, but I can't remember what it's going to be for the life of me.

They have a Boucanee' out as well. If you don't like the other two, you don't need to bother with it.

LA31 Pale Ale is not that bad, jeez. I don't get the hate for this beer. I tried it one time and actually thought it was pretty good. I have a pretty large beer palette, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

the La 31 pale ale isn't bad. wouldn't try their fruit beer. you probably drink Lite beer from Miller.

Had this at zapp's and liked it better than the other two, but haven't seen it in stores around town yet.
I don't like their pale ale but it isn't disgusting. I enjoyed drinking the grenade the few times I've had it.
