Its probably preperation more than anything, but over-sauteed/over-cooked zucchini, squash or eggplant I can do without. I'll eat beets if they're offered, but I don't think I've ever bought and prepared them.
I can eat any vegetable other than that.

Beets.
I love most vegetables. I cannot stomach beets. They taste like a mouthful of topsoil.

Love fresh beets in a salad. But I can see why someone wouldn’t like them.

I also think kale sucks but I can choke it down if I need to.

I enjoy nearly all vegetables, so I'm drawing a blank on any that I absolutely detest. I don't really care for raw celery, but I use the hell out of it in cooking. Even that I can stomach in salads, but I wish it wasn't there.

Green peas on their own are a no go for me, inside a casserole or some other dish are ok.

Raw onions. I can detect the smallest speck of a raw onion say in a salad or a burger.
I cook with them almost everyday. It’s a main ingredient in our cooking in SE Louisiana.
Even fried crispy is OK, just never could eat them raw, and I’ve tried many times.

Cooked in a roux with boiled eggs. Love sweet peas fixed that way.

Broccoli rabe. I’ve tried it from making it myself to top end restaurants and simply cannot stand it.

You just sent me down the rabbit hole. I had no idea such a thing existed. I love peas though.

Celery, especially raw.

Hope you try it soon. Goes well with dirty rice, ham, baked chicken, turkey.

Lima beans, green beans

I'll be damned if this isn't the only damn can of veggies I can finish on my own. Dubon petit pois or Le Seur. Would eat both straight from the can.

I like most veggies but Kale just doesn't do it for me. I generally don't like beets either but I have had some BBQ beets that were good
