Crawfish stuffed meatloaf just doesn’t sound good. Beef and crawfish? Beef and Turkey?

He obviously means to have meat formed flat to accept all the other ingredients then bring up sides of meat and form loaf with added ingredients inside. Sounds hideous either way.

Thank you so much just seeing this. I was going to try my own version of it tomorrow for my mom’s birthday. I can remember some of the ingredients and so I thought I’d try. This is perfect timing.

That is correct what you use it for. I’m so happy to have the actual recipe again. Since mine got flooded I’ve been trying to find it.

That is some perfect timing after almost 3 years. Stuffing a meatloaf with crawfish, or seafood never crossed my mind until now. The only recipe I’ve ever followed for meatloaf was a old Sam The Cooking Guy
recipe and it was outstanding.
