I actually tried the HEB brand roasted pepper salsa with onion and it was pretty damn good

I make pico de gallo fresh but I don't make salsa.
I buy Albert's which is in the refrigerated section. Made in Kilgore, Texas and it is jammin.

Buy a bottle of La Costena GREEN salsa. Mix in blender w/ 16oz sour cream, 1/2 block of cream cheese, sqeeze of lime, handfull of fresh cilantro, and a few drops of green food die for color. Place in fridge for hour to let it set up, MONEY ! You don't need to add pepper b/c the La Constena MEDIUM is usually too hot for most. I do add to mine but I like very hot salsa/food.
