the stock heat sinks that come with the cpu's are terrible for anything other than surfing porn and creating word docs.

I have never had one single issue with a MIR. They are a pain sometimes but I have always gotten my money and I do the speed pay for $2 where you get it in 10 days vs 8 weeks.

Same here, and actually the one time I screwed up a rebate form (forgot to include the newegg invoice), MSI gave me a second chance to send the missing stuff.

Get a nice case. Your airflow will thank you. I got a cheap cooler master the first time around and the airflow sucked in it and my PC would get hot.
If you want cheap with good airflow get a Xigmateck Asgard Pro for $40

Yeah, I have used that Rosewill case in several customer builds. It's good.

Some of it you have to enter codes at checkout for the discounts and some of it you have to do mail in rebates. Some of it you have to do both. Read the PC part picker list and look at the info on the Newegg item page for details.
