Upgraded Sniper Rifle is so OP its absurd.
Enjoyed the Snipe-off in front of the turnstyles in Comstock's house. Finally found some goons in Columbia with some firepower to fight back
Also, starting to find the Lucelle Rosalind Voxaphones. Really enjoying that storyline

I used Return to Sender mostly in the dock fight. It's useful on the armoured guards at Comstock House when you rescue Liz.

Dock fight? I'm in the graveyard. Should I hang out in the only crypt I can get into behind the coffin by the medkits?

Possession at first on one of the many minions (or whatever) that she summons.
Then Return to Sender against lady comstock. Hold it and get close to her and shoot her nonstop with whatever weapon you have while holding return to sender (you really don't have to worry about the minions much because youll absorb all of their ammo while that the shoot at you. You just have to move around a little to avoid any melee attacks). When your salt runs low from holding Return to Sender, fire it directly at Lady Constock. Then just run around like a crazy man, dodging all of the minions until you load up on more salts. Rinse and repeat over & over until you kill her.

I really didn't use it a lot until that fight, so I doubt I had it upgraded. I really can't remember though. Sorry

I love pop culture references in video games and this one didn't dissapoint. The Cyndi Lauper "girls just wanna have fun" tune at the start of the game made me chuckle.

Don't forget about the tear overhead with the mosquito. That will draw a lot of attention from the minions and help with damaging Lady Comstock.

Just beat 1999. The only real tough parts for me were Lady Comstock and the final battle. Lady Comstock was more just long and drawn out. I would find places where they wouldn't chase me at take shots at her as I could. The final battle was rough but I was spamming winter gear. I literally beat it with the reactor not being able to take one more shot!
