I haven’t done all of the expansion yet so I will hold back full judgement till then, but nothing as happened yet to pull me back into it and make me want for the next one.

Man, I wish people would people would ease up a little. For all its flaws Destiny is still one hell of a fun game. You can pick it up and play for 1 hour or 3 and still get a good bit done.
The Loot system has improved, more drops and more vendor tokens. Yes some exotics are reused, but they were some of the most popular guns in D1. We got new crucible maps, and more strikes and adventures. Be happy with the extra content and enjoy.
I love the game, and I know Destiny has more planned that will keep people engaged. Its moving in the right direction IMO.

This is my first Destiny game, so I have no issues with this game. Had I played the first, then I may feel differently. But I have fun every time I turn on this game. The Heroic Strikes are a good balance of fun and challenging but not so much that it frustrating. I like the update so far.

Yeah the heroic strikes are great. I did the Heroic Adventure on Mercury Solo (recommended 300 PL) and got wrecked the whole time. Definitely should have had a fire team lol.

Just a warning that carson never passes up an opportunity to shite on something and he was very anti Destiny prior to release. He might redefine "obnoxious".

Destiny 2 would have been a great game had Destiny 1 not existed. Everyone now KNOWS Bungie purposely is withholding content we already had to make money.
Bungie turned D1 into a GREAT game. So they CAN do it. They HAVE DONE it. So why the 50 steps back unless they want us to “repay” for the same experience but worse?
They had a complete game in D1 then they nerfed it, time gated it, stripped it, and dripped it back as D2.
THEN created a paywall system designed to monetize the game.
Every decision about how the gear system works has been a disaster compared to the end of D1 - it’s all driven to save time and make money.
This isn’t a game lovers game. This is becoming a gambler’s game.
And to top it off the man in charge of designing Destiny said the following TWO years ago when D1 went through this phase and they purposely did it again this week hoping they wouldn’t get caught (just like the XP fiasco in the last couple of weeks):
They’re lying just like EA and they’ve been caught. Forbes and IGN are now running stories on they way Bungie has totally screwed thus game up.

Even former Destiny disciples CraigBro and UnknownKnight are shitting on it. They can admit that they were caught with their pants down.
Cognitive dissonance is a powerful thing. I guess since Bungie has you bent over the barrel already, you might as well pretend like you enjoy getting fricked by them. Have “fun” with your lazy excuse of a game. I’ll continue to support quality games and developers

you and jeff's little potshots from Page 1 were good (I wasnt the downvoter btw) In the weeks leading up to a game's release, if I make a comment and get shat on for it, I just have to make sure I remind those involved that I was correct

Ran into my first promethean lens yesterday in pvp..pretty dumb that hasn't been fixed yet.
