I’ve completely quit. I’ll come back in a year when there’s a massive expansion like TTK. I really enjoyed D1 getting in at that point. I think the same will go for D2. The game is better enjoyed after 3 or 4 expansions have dropped and you have a mass of shite to do.

I really hope they fix how we handle weapons. I'm just jumping in from D1 about 1 week ago. This is a terrible game compared to what we started with and what we finished with in D1.
But what is the explanation for changing weapons to Kinetic, Energy and Power? The heavy(Power) weapons for the most part are useless in this game.

You should give the division a go in the meantime. I'm really enjoying it now
It's turned into a really good game now with all the patches and great with the season pass. Pretty good chance you can get it cheap during a sale now as well

Yea I've heard the most recent update really fixed a lot of the game. May have to re-download it.

Really? Is the PvP good? I went back to Ghost Recon Wildlands for the PvP and that shite is pretty fun besides the occasional server issue/glitches.

The division's PVP is not really your typical PvP. I think they have some adversary type modes, but the PvP (Darkness Zone) is a whole different animal.

There’s a huge gap in what’s useful and what isn’t in the heavy slot. No random perk rolls really screws the game up.

Love Merciless for Yellow Bars and Bathers on the Raid. I got to 321 last night. Just working on my prophecy quests. I want that lost verse shotgun I keep hearing all about.

The weapons in the power slot makes snipers suck because u don't want to keep them over certain other power weapons.

Merciless and sins of the past are the real PvE hammers in the heavy slot and the usefulness tapers off quick after that. Blue shift is really good, there’s a few snipers that are ok (but you’re constantly out of ammo with them).
With the new system of yellow bars always dropping heavy and ads never dropping it, it makes rockets awesome and everything else meh in PvE.

You forgot about wardcliff.
The new 600 SMG, Atlanta, is better than the antiope IMO. I never got kill clip to be useful. Positive outlook is also great. I like stability over high caliber.

I get more suicides than kills with that thing. It is fun as hell, but merciless is a better exotic to have there.

I haven't had alot times where I'd choose merciless over a type of rocket launcher. My heavy is reserved for ad clearing and bosses. Most bosses have a pretty heavy melee if you get to close. Pre calus, it's great for the encounters except castellum. It's aweful at calus.
However, the bathers aren't that bad with a pulse and two regular fusion shots, so the exotic slot could open there.
Curtain call and the new Osiris suros cluster rocket are also good.

I've been running vigilance wing then switching to sweet business for bosses, positive outlook in energy, and pentatonic rocket launcher in power. I feel rocket launchers are a must in PVE to clear out groups of ads. I like using sweet business on bosses esp with that 99 bullet speed clip.

Rockets are absolutely necessary in high level PvE. They’re the quickest way to clear heavy adds and speed is everything.

Yea I use unspoken promise during public events, etc...but getting that close to enemies during the night fall is risky. Plus I can't melee with my sword on and makes my karenstein armlets useless. I do love the sword though.

Finished the prophecy to get the Lost verse Sword. It's solid, but I just may infuse it in to my Raid sword. I think I'm gonna finish the prophecy for the Lost Verse Shotgun. It looks dope, almost as good as Legend of Acrius.
