If you wanted to say that you’re entertained by him, so you don’t care, that’s fine. But to say that no one should care about his infidelity because we’re not married to his wife is idiotic, so I used an equally stupid example to illustrate that.

I'm not sure what you do for a living, but most companies/organizations have a "morality" clause. For example, adultery is actually punishable according to the UCMJ.
A decent amount of his income comes from sponsors. I'd bet that if this came out of anyone's mouth other than his, they would pull their sponsorship. Now he looks apologetic and he might maintain some sponsors in the process.

Generally I won't care too much, but at a point I don't feel I can support someone based on personal choices they make. If i can't respect them, I won't bother.
That's just me, I don't judge anyone for ignoring that if they still enjoy the content.
