I’m wondering if I should just restart as a mage class. I get absolutely donkey fricked by melee since I still haven’t quite figured out what I’m doing. Aren’t caster classes easier for beginners?

Easy way to beat margit. I got my ashes of wolves to +6. Those things are way too OP early game. I didnt even have to engage in the fight. My wolves ate his arse up.

I beat Godrick first try this morning (probably 10th or less try total) then went and beat Leonine Misbegotten first try.

I wouldn't. The satisfaction of figuring out the melee mechanics and slowly mastering them is an incredible feeling in FromSoftware games.

I about to lose my mind on this Rodahn fight. I've had him to down his last hit twice and get one shotted both times. Got to take a break before I wind up needing a new tv.

You find plants called ghost or grave glovewort. There is also an item/ minor quest line that you need to follow to get the npc that does the upgrades

You have to recruit Roderika (lady who gave you the jellyfish) to the round table by bringing her the chrysalis memo from stormveil

Just finished up Rannis quest. It took most of the day. I'm not the type that spends all day on a game, but damn I've been on since 10am. I've been hooked on this game. I think I have sixty or seventy hours and have only beaten two of the legacy dungeons.

First FromSoft game I've ever played. I'm running an almost pure dex/int build, and it's infuriating/fun as hell that I'm terrible.

Rerolled an astrologer and used a “first 30min” guide to get a new staff and spell that make me pretty OP. Having a lot more fun farming now that I can just derp around at ranged

Same. Went through Caelid at level 7, I noped out of every situation.

I’m playing as a confessor and was going for a paladin build. That wasn’t the right decision for me. I’ve switched to utilizing my incantations more and it’s been a much more enjoyable experience.
Margit was incredibly easy with my spirit summon and flame sling. It felt a little cheap, but I don’t really care because I wanted to progress in the game.

Took me like 10 tries to kill the Magma Wrym, but the last 5 was just getting hung up on those idiotic lamps. I'm pretty pumped to play with the katana that dropped though.

Any mage users using comet azur and then using cerulean hidden tear in you wonderful physics mix? You can take some bosses down in less than 10 seconds.

Ok so I'm on PC, the control layer is apparently Xbox controller and when I click and view controls for mouse and keyboard, it doesn't correlate to what's on screen. Can someone help me with the good and poor options on some messages and apparaisals? What buttons are they?
