I’ve spent so much time on the 2nd planet. I’ve pretty much seen every single aspect of it lol

How is that possible? I have done a lot of shite there and recruited most tavern members and my percentage for the hub world is like 49%. I expect much of what im missing is small echoes and types of currency. Which there is fricking 8 types
still have like 8 bounties to go as well since they hop planets. The two blacked out at the top I hope are hype battles.

btw anyone thinking this one was easier dispel those illusions. After you get the 5th stance and go on the next main mission the difficulty spikes up significantly.

And nice just found my 9th stim. If people dont want to just cheese look up where they are (which I did for all except this one) I will just say one of the rare elite overworld bosses on the hub planet guards one and it isnt Rancor as im sure many of you know by now. The planet is the size of basically Velen in Witcher 3 if not bigger so no its not a spoiler happy hunting. Btw I was steering to late game on the 2nd highest difficulty with 8 stims and died 3 times before I did it.

Last night I did Jedha, the moon, and just got back to Koboh. I have 7 stims so far which feel so much further along than I was at this point the first time I played Fallen Order. I missed so much going through that game and made it so much harder on myself. I was almost at the very end and still only had 4 stims lol.

What stances are you using? and have you done any of the rift tears? Personally I have mained dual blade since you unlock it right at the start. It has the best moveset and the ability to animation cancel into blocking but not dodging and then blaster once I got that since it is simply the best 1v1 stance in the game.

Another thing I dont think this game is getting enough praise for is making platforming fun again. Uncharted this is not. There are many many difficult platform sections and I suggest turning off fall damage.

I pretty much only use the double-bladed Darth Maul stance. I just seem to do best with that one, even on bosses.
It lands so many quick strikes in such a short amount of time, enemies don't get a chance to respond. I was using dual wield earlier since it was stronger and worked better while running through a level when I just needed to pick off a creature here or there, but the range is so bad when fighting that I was taking much more damage with that compared to double-blade.
Blaster is my other stance, but I don't really use it.

I kept dual blade as an alt till I got blaster? There is no wrong way to play the game but what difficulty are you on might I ask? Because if you think you are doing good single target damage youre actually doing the worst in the game by far with double blade. Dual blade requires the most skill ceiling but has the best damage output for both single target and mobs and blaster can match its single tsrget sword damage while keeping pressure on their stamina bar from a distance.

I know double blade is the least powerful, but I just seem to get more strikes in at a much faster pace than any other stance. They did make the double blade much better in this game it has a good skill tree. You dont always have to stay close dual wielding as weird as it sounds. One move you strike twice and leap backwards it has two forms of double throwing both blades for range attacks. It just has the highest skill ceiling as I said. I am almost 100% im close to the final boss and am gonna do a ng+ on grand master. I wonder if your talents carry over id like to be able to bring which blade best suits which mission or area.
And your last bit about doing more damage before having to retreat kinda defeats the whole play style of dual wield. Its talents and move set make you play like sekiro youre always on the offensive you dont retreat its why you can animation cancel into blocks and parries.

I mean, it would be nice if they would come up with alternatives, but I don’t know if people would be happier with wading through water, etc, etc

Apparently the recent patch did well for people. I never had anything bad happen anyway so I cant attest maybe someone else can talk to the recent patch.

I wasn’t having any issues before the patch but now Cal keeps drifting to the left off and on without the control being touched. It’s really annoying.
