Madden- All LSU team

I've been out of the Madden world for a few years, but getting back in. My son and I are trying to start a custom Saints team with only current LSU players on it.
Thinking we may start a franchise with it too, especially if that is easier than just a custom roster setting.
Any help for the easiest way to get the LSU players on the team. Hoping to avoid trading and instead can just put them directly on it and maybe spread the Saints players around.
If all the LSU players are available will likely use preseason rosters. If not, I guess we will have to use current rosters.

If you do manage it, I imagine it will be a very solid team on offense (though not sure how the OL stacks up), but wonder if there won't be some spots on defense that will make it rough.
I can imagine it'd be a fun try and curious to see how it works out.
