I checked today and (atleast I thought) it said all teams were ready to advance. I wasn't planning on advancing until January but I thought everyone was done.

Last week was a great recruiting week for OU. Picked up four solid recruits, 1 five star and three four star players which gave me a big jump in the recruiting poll. OU now rank in the top 3 in recruiting.
However, what I don't understand is how I keep dropping in the polls every week when I keep blowing teams out. For three straight weeks I've dropped in the polls and went from #2 to #5.

I just got this game for the XBOX and I'm on Week 3.
How do I invite the recruits in for their visits?
I have hit every button and looked all through the recruiting screens and cannot figure out how to set the visits up.
I have 7 or 8 studs ready!!!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have to actually call them yourself, and then schedule a visit while in the call. You have to use at least 10 minutes of your call time to schedule the visit

How do I choose that during the call? The topics to discuss are always random during the calls.

If the recruit is ready at the bottom after the topic is selected you should see
make a pitch
sway a pitch
compare a pitch
make a promise
schedule a visit
offer scholarship
end call
or something of this sort

When looking at your recruiting board, you can only schedule visits, when there is a little clock on their name. If that clock is there you will also see ready somewhere near their name.
Once you see that, they are ready for their visit. You will have to call them (not quick call), and then once you go in there, just follow what TruLSU said and you should be good to go.
