Animal Crossing, Eternal Darkness, Twilight and Wind Waker (unless you played the HD versions already), Double Dash (was ok).
Man, looking at the 1st party for the GC........not super impressive.

I'm super super super burned out on open world games right now...
I couldn't bring myself to finish The Witcher 3, XV I just ended up blowing through because I was so sick of everything to do, it's probably just not a good time for me to try it yet.
I will probably get the Switch when a Monster Hunter, Fire Emblem, and the SE game comes out

Mario kind of had that open world look to it

Well, it had a F-Zero, Smash, Pikmin, and some smaller niche titles (Baten Kaitos was Nintendo, Tales of Symphonia was published by Nintendo).
I'd love to see a GC VC on Switch.

Probably not. i can't do open world games that don't blow me away
Final fantasy XV...ok game, meh FF, but put it down because it's just a big world with not too much to do that interests me

I looked down the list and didn't find much I actually played. Just me, I suppose

I actually didn't - I just said I wasn't a fan
I actually played and beat every single Prime game on the days they came out on the Gamecube. I even came up with one of the more famous "scene skips" in Prime 2 and published it on GameFAQs back in the day...
Just so you know, i did answer sic

So you've always been a picky gamer? Makes sense

Prime 1/2.
Pikmin 1/2.
Super Smash Bros Melee.
Super Mario Sunshine.
Fire Emblem
GCN had a lot of great first party games.

I played both Zelda's, Sunshine, Animal Crossing, the shite out of Eternal Darkness. But I've never played a Pikmin game. And I don't think there was a DK game I cared for. I think I played a bit of one of them.

Think the only DK games were like Jungle Beat and shite. Think it wasn't until the Wii that DK got a good game when Retro did DKC.

I always think I don't like donkey kong country until I play one. the wii and wii u games were really good platformers.

DK64 is goat, but I 100%'d Diddy's Kong Quest on SNES.

So watching giant bomb's first impression stream, the joycon design is super jacked up. First off, really small, but one of them actually has the joystick in the middle of the controller, which Jeff Gerstmann said is super uncomfortable.

If you didn't like Melee then I feel sorry for you.

I've hated Smash Bros games from day one. I get they are super popular, but I couldn't care less about them.

The driving was horrible. Essentially just a giant loading screen. Would have been better if it actually felt like driving a car instead of essentially being auto-pilot with the ability to tell the car where to turn.
