The sightings thing can actually be used to track pokemon. It shows what's actually nearby now

I think the accuracy fix solved a lot of this. I've had much fewer breakouts and flees today.

Last catch I tried today was a bulbasaur that was like 200. 2 Berries, my last 3 great balls and 6 regular balls before he bounced.

Woke up to an update.
Fix to where you get points again for Nice, Great, Excellent throws.
Can change your nickname, one time only.
Added grass backgrounds to the pokemon on the Nearby matrix. No idea if it means anything or just decoration.

Tracking is somewhat fixed as well. You don't have the feet, but pokemon accurately appear and disappear from the "sightings" tab now. It's a step in the right direction
Eta: It also looks like they're beta testing a nearby feature as well, which shows pokemon near pokestops

Hrm. I was feeling pretty done on Pokemon: GO but if they can get any sort of psuedo-tracking up and working I'll be down to play more again. I am at level 18.

I was able to successfully track a dratini yesterday (wasn't able to catch it though :/) using the sightings tab. It disappeared off the tab when I walked in one direction. Started walking the other direction and it appeared again and I eventually walked into it. Niantic is working their way back into good graces

Does anyone else have an overwhelming number of one of the Eevee evolutions? Of my top 6 pokemon, 5 of them are Vaporeons (And only one has hydro pump)

Just two vaps here. One with Hydro Pump (cp1200, 85%), one with water tail (cp750, 50%).

Only have 3 eevee evos, one of each. I've caught 39 eevee, only seen 46. Only my vaporeon is in my Top 6 (1077 cp). Flareon is a 965, Jolteon is a 951. Vape is my #3 pokemon (have a 1671 Snorlax and a 1144 Hypno).
I'm level 20. How the hell do you guys have so many 1500+ pokemon? That snorlax is my only one, and I hatched it. Best hatch after that is a 1055 Aerodactyl.
ETA: Right after I posted this, an eevee shows up (cp 13). Also, are yall just guessing at the percentages? I was reading the posts about that a while back, but I still don't get that. I could guess, but that's it.

Found this gym this weekend....no life or cheaters? Which is basically still no lofe, because its pokemon for God's sake.
