Been playing about 5 hours now.
Beginning of the game is extremely slow, like slooooow, to be honest I found it downright boring and just wanted to get through it to get to the actual game.
I'm just now getting to the part where it's starting to open up a bit. Even still though, the game seems extremely slow placed. Just about everything you do is slow (moving, running, interacting with items/npcs/animals). It's still very early on and I've barely touched on many of the activities so I'm sure it'll get more interesting.
I'm also slightly overwhelmed by the number of mechanics and systems. I'm sure I'll figure out which ones are interesting and which ones are just filler and can be ignored, but there's so many different things you can upgrade or progress or maintain, etc.
