I earned a 400 dollar bounty in Valentine and can’t figure out how I will ever be able to pay this off.

Theres a gold bar in Lemphany which is southwest of the first camp. It’s in the sheriffs office, and you can sell it to a fence for $500. Also the missions start rewarding a bunch of cash.

Came upon a guy that got jumped by a wolf. Killed the wolf and had the option to give the guy whiskey or medicine. My plan was to give whiskey to dull pain, then medicine. I have him the whiskey and he died whoops

Also came upon some odriscolls that had killed 2 lawmen driving a prison wagon. Killed them them all and then murdered the imprisoned odriscoll

Never played RDR1. Is it recommended to play before RDR2 or can I just pick up 2 and play?

There’s a difference between a slow build and slow, poor design. Not one person has said a good thing about the opening anywhere on the internet. That segment could’ve been cut in half. It’s going to be a total drag on replay

The opening was slow as shite, but this is RDR not GTA.

do you remember steering cattle at the beginning of rdr?

Yep, that was terrible too and ruined replays

Nothing wrong with tutorials like that to teach mechanics, but they stretch the segments to unbelievable lengths

Is there a reason to bring back a whole deer caracass for meat instead of skinning it first?

I always just skin it, you get the meat when you skin it. I don't see the need to bring the whole thing

You can trade both in. My only thing is what is the point of trading in the meat to the guy in the camp?
