If you don't have a weapon equipped while driving a vehicle and press the LB or L1 I guess, he will flip off people everytime you press it.

Did you save the game after you put them in the garage. I started a whole new game right before I beat the story line. Had to get packie and step my stock market game up.

I feel like once I get just north of the city, half the vehicles on the road are tractors. Kinda dumb.
