Maybe he worded it poorly.
I enjoy the vehicles on 4, mainly the Dirtbike and ATV as those get you where you need to go fast as shite and they can't be locked onto from air support.
Tanks are decent when you level them up enough to sustain them. Don't have many issues with them. All about the team.

It's not all about vehicles. If it were all about vehicles, there wouldn't be game modes that didn't have them. I enjoy Battlefield for the (more) realistic gameplay. I like the fact that there is bullet drop in the game. It adds a certain degree of difficulty to the game that most can't grasp.

I avoid vehicles whenever I can in BF4. They just suck. They should have never ever changed the button layouts. I mean why the frick change the get into vehicle button between BF3 and BF4? It's the same goddamn buttons.

You mean the game modes no one plays because Battlefield is all about vehicles and bigger game modes no other franchise has? And there's what, 2? TDM and Domination.

Other than the lag, my main problems with BF4 are:
1. Button layouts.
2. The maps are fricking lazy. They're all Armored Kill maps except for Locker.
3. 64 players only in Conquest. I'd like a little less chaos. There needs to be an in-between. Give us 15 vs. 15 or 20 vs. 20.
4. The character models in BF4 are all grey, hard to see, and about 25% smaller than BF3 characters.
5. NO M27 IAR, M4A1 and M16A3. Come on.

Hart, you said you played every single BF iteration so you should know this game is all about vehicles. Has been since 1942, with a lull due to reduced console player counts but now it's back to the way it should be.

I don't ever recall vehicles ever being this gay though. It's stupid how OP the vehicles in BF4 are. Nevermind trying to pilot the damn things. It's absolutely ridiculous. Maybe my comment should have said "I hate the vehicles in BF4" instead of the vehicles in general. oh well...

Button layouts? Yeah because it's hard to get used to something different. Just seems lazy on your part than anything else. Never seen anyone complain about the controls on the BF forums.
As for the maps, love the maps, geared towards conquest which is perfect. Especially China Rising, best map pack in BF history.
As for smaller Conquests maybe when they open rented servers soon you'll have that option, but I wouldn't hold my breath. Community loves 64, it's what was always the big differentiator between console and PC that steared people towards PC. It's perfect.
