What the hell. I'm getting: An error (500 Internal Server Error) has occurred in response to this request. after I get through the queue

that might be the case after the fact, but there's no way 1000s of people flock to the site randomly activating a queue without proof of a drop before hand.

that's exactly what happened Thursday though. Nobody knew it was releasing on PS Direct, I bought one simply because I checked it while everyone was busy with the walmart shitshow then as soon as I checked out, word was getting out and there was an hour long queue.
I think people could be triggering it now because they've caught on to the times they've released previously and go to check. Also could be they just preemptively start it since they haven't been in stock until way after it starts the past couple days.

now that I made it past the queue and into the store, I'm just going to keep the tab open and keep refreshing the page so it doesn't kick me out of the store. hopefully they drop more soon

Immediately entered queue.
Took about 30 minutes to get through queue to sold out page...

lol same. I'll be at "over an hour" for a while. All of a sudden the time will start decreasing which now tells me that it's sold out and those are just the people leaving the queue.

I got one from PS Direct on launch night - seems like the stock level on these daily drops on PS Direct compared to launch night is way, way lower though. I'm not seeing too many people successfully get them.
Reading tea leaves, BF is probably the next realistic chance to get one, IMO.
