i'm so mad. i was in the ps5 store with a game in my cart when the queue started. browsed around for 5 minutes and it never kicked me out. type in address and hit next on the order page and get kicked to back of queue.
i was on psdirect in the store and get kicked to the back of the line randomly. i had refreshed the console pages like 30 times each after wario tweeted out that queue had started and it didnt kick me until way later. what the frick kinda system is that?

frick COVID and frick the retailers refusal to do in store purchases.
If the retailers are really worried about lawsuits, make the console buyer sign a waiver agreeing to not sue them if they get Covid.
We need the stores opened up.
