Eh. I mean, I can’t imagine many people that have a gaming system that DONT have internet, even if it’s just basic bitch internet. Hell, half of my family is redneck, backwoods Mississippi folk and even they have wifi. The people without internet are either too old to care or are super ingrained in van life culture or live in a cabin in deep the Appalachians or something 
I doubt either of those groups are gaming
This would have been a bigger deal 5-10 years ago. Wifi wasn’t as widespread as it is. Now? I can’t really see the complaints.

The always online thing is one thing, but the game itself looks outdated af. Rocksteady really trying to recreate Destiny but with SS instead. This will be a disaster.

I think it's more the obvious intent to sell users information and/or bombard single player users with micro transactions.

Internet is pissy as hell even in well built up areas.
If I am playing solo, I don’t want to have to have an online connection because, when my router shits the bed, I don’t want to get unceremoniously dumped in mid game.

What about when there is absolutely nothing wrong with your internet connection, but you are unable to play the game or at least unable to access specific features due to network issues on the game's end?

while youre not wrong, its the intent of the creators.
this is just a flag that they are gearing this to be a microtransaction hell hole. if you cant sign in to pay for stuff then they dont want to bother with you.

This won't be an issue for me as this game looks awful, and it's unlikely I'll ever play it, even if it's free.
