Giygas has to be among the top of most disturbing. The creator came up with it due to the fact that he saw a rape/murder. Therefore Giygas is an alien fetus of evil that can't be stopped. Pretty dark and fricked up stuff.

I like scary games. Bookmarking for future purchases.
