I think so, even given his recent play. Something is off with him, but I'm sure come Augusta he will spot on

He's at the bottom end of my Top 25 power rankings for this week. I'm not sure his game is there yet. At this time last year he had at least showed SOME signs of life. That said, you probably won't see a better Brooks number all year. I just don't think he will flip that switch until the Masters.

Even though he said it was shite, he had a pretty good round Sunday in that wind. Especially if he would've eliminated a big number. He's probably starting to hear the rumblings that he's not very good right now, and an angry/determined Brooks is usually trouble for the field. I don't know if he can win this week yet, as you said; but I think it's worth a unit at 40-1.
