Haven’t played either in quite a while, for those who have played recently, how are the greens looking?

Greens at Santa Maria have finally recovered since being punched in early/mid August. Course is in decent shape. Could use some rain, but what course around here doesn't?

Played BC last weekend and SM yesterday. Greens were good at both, but obviously the fairways could use some moisture.

SM is in good shape considering it is dry as a bone. A lot of work is being done on the irrigation system but it just needs a good soaking.
It wasn’t until after the superintendent left for another job in Texas that BREC central office finally realized that what he wanted done was REALLY needed.
