So what's a “borough” anyway? It's like a smaller city within our massive metropolis. NYC has five of them—the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island—each with dozens of neighborhoods lending their own local flavor.

I argue getting worked up over whether a yacht is staffed or not means it’s a yacht is silly. A yacht is a yacht. I tried to give you the inside line on one. I wanted to buy it but I got shut down. Thought you might be interested. 57 feet. 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms and a bar. For 80k and 20k a year upkeep. Seems like a no brainer to me. Unless I want to give up the golf course though. I’m out. Maybe I’ll run the “but it’s not staffed” bye the missus. If that convinces her, I owe you!
