we can put a lot of pressure on ourselves to be “on” during a fitting and that can be counter productive. Definitely helps to be relaxed and open minded

Well, you were using the absolute wrong Scotty based off what you have written. Newport 2 if far from face balanced, which is the case with the White Hot 7.

Did a putter fitting with them recently and have nothing but good things to say. When from a hand me down Odyssey 2-ball to a Scotty Phantom X. At least for putters, you can just feel when you get the right one.

This has been on my to do list for a long time. Right now I am playing a lot to make sure I have a good repeatable swing. I’m shooting around 85s consistently now. My irons are an older model (Cleveland CG16) and feel heavy when I compare it to newer models. Want to get some graphite shaft irons and basically an entire bag fitting. Golf is my only hobby so I think it’s well worth the expense

No doubt. If you’ve got the cash and enjoy the game, you can’t go wrong getting fit. At minimum, you’ll be more confident which will improve your game alone.

If you plan to play irons for 3-5 years, or longer, paying an extra $500-$1000 for custom clubs, made for your swing, is a no brainer to me.

If youre shooting 85, a fitting will do you wonders.

This was my justification for the admittedly crazy price of the driver I just got*. I keep my drivers (and all clubs really) about as long as I keep cars. Plus I feel like the shaft will travel, so hopefully it will move to at least 2 more heads after this one, unless my swing goes to shite or turns to gold.

I was able to swing my driver a bit yesterday. Although we didn’t go through a full fitting for it, he let me know the shaft was going to be expensive to keep up with The 114 mph swing speed. I’m sure the driver will hurt my wallet the most.

Not every aftermarket shaft is $500. Mine cost $90 on Ebay. Don't let him oversell you.

I'm also pretty sure the price doesn't go up based on flex.

What shaft? That's pretty fast, but not insane. There's a couple of shafts that may not even be an upcharge you could fit into

I didn’t get fitted for the driver shaft yet. That was just me using my driver on a couple swings.

Just finished my fitting. I got fit for the Ping G425 LST. The fitter said it was the most forgiving. Not sure if I'm gonna buy from them or piece one together.

You must be adding other stuff. Tour velvet standard with that shaft was $589. I don't know your exact build but club champion is expensive so I'd at least shop around. They may be the same price in the end, but it's worth it to at least look.

Yes it's $583 until you checkout and add tax. The $630 is inclusive of tax

fitting didn't go as planned, which was no fault of Club Champion. I had a really off day swinging the club. I was pushing everything to the right (even with my own irons). My usual miss is left, so the shots going to the right were frustrating

if I were going to get new clubs this way I would get body work and then network chiropractic the day before.

Make sure the shaft is pured.

An absolute must.

Yep...the puring of the shaft is included in the cost.
