Guys at golfballs could probably take care of you.
In Lafayette, this would be a good place to start.

If you are going there, call an make an appointment. Don’t let Jim (the old guy) fit you. He will try to sell you off the rack Callaway no matter what.

I'm simply echoing others when I say you need to get fitted. I don't know of any specific make and model club that is targeted to people who are shorter. Some clubs just 'feel' better when you look, hold, and swing them. If the shafts aren't the appropriate length for your height, you won't be able to find that out.

Arm length has a lot to do with it. I'm a short frick and was fit -1/2" on irons. -1" driver.

I'm sure some of the guys from your area will offer some suggestions for a good fitter in your area. The solution to your issue is probably going to involve cutting L flex shafts. Probably tip cutting mostly, this will decrease the amount of flex in the shaft and make it perform more like an R or S flex. The key will be your fitted length, then clubhead speeds with woods and irons. There aren't going to be tables that a fitter can go to that say's cut this much off the tip and then butt cut to finished size. It will require some experimentation.

Haven't looked hard into women's clubs but that may be an option too. As long as I can get a set that isn't pink. Seems like they are all pink.
There are plenty of L flex shafts that aren't pink. I just reshafted my wife's (no pics) Pings with graphite L flex shafts. They are blue and silver. Got them from Golfworks for a very reasonable price, so experimentation with tip cutting lengths wouldn't break the bank. The shafts are Maltby LTech and come in wood, hybrid, and iron lengths.

Not joking but look at some of the Asian LPGA players who are around your height. And see if you can find out what type of club/shafts they play.
Ayaka Furue is 5.0” and finished top five in the Evian. Tadd Fujikawa is like 5.1”, see if you can find out what is bag set up was like.

This is an excellent suggestion!
