Did he top one?

Yes, but it was earlier in the round.

As I recall, he wound up making a long putt to save his par.

I wholeheartedly agree. My grandparents lived down in da Parish up until Katrina. Whenever my brother and I would go down there they would always bring us to Rocky and Carlo's because they knew how much we loved it. I would always get either a shrimp/oyster Poboy or meatballs and spaghetti.

Later on, my grandfather was the one who turned me onto the veal/bruccilloni and baked mac & cheese when I was in college.

No matter what we got, we always got the potato salad.

My grandparents both passed away shortly after Katrina, so going to Rocky's is very nostalgic for me and brings back a lot of good memories.

was there today also, we did Rocky & Carlos for lunch. It was packed. And was great, as advertised

Lots of good stuff on the menu. The spaghetti and meatballs is awesome. I like to get the breaded veal over mac & cheese with plenty of red sauce on top. Get an extra cup of red sauce on the side. But really, you can’t go wrong.

The only time I get something different is on Wednesdays when they serve the bruccilloni. I get the bruccilloni over baked mac & cheese with plenty of red sauce. They only serve the bruccilloni on Wednesdays.

The one thing that is an absolute must, however, is that you get a large plate of potato salad. Rocky's has the best potato salad on the planet. They give you enough so that you can take some home.

Had a three shot lead going to Hole 16. Hit both drives on 16 and 17 in the water. Made double bogey on both holes. Finished in a three-way tie for second place two shots back.

ETA: It wound up costing him just over $1 million.
Looks like the Democrats have a few more "heroes" to celebrate.

Does this mean that when they die they won’t get 72 virgins? I mean, come on, it seems that would be such a waste -- not to mention, sort of cruel.

I had one of these in 1980....

Not enough MIC money for the neocons.

Exactly. The Cheney's and their ilk don’t like short, quick strikes that just get the job done. They want long, protracted wars with boots on the ground (with thousands killed) so that they can get trillions out to their MIC donors while they siphon off kickbacks to make themselves multimillionaires.

There used to be a ton of pics of the Iranian gals back in the 70s and 80s, they followed the hippie fashions of the day. Guess they've been memory holed

Here's one...

The one on the right looks like a doppelgänger of a young Catherine Bell. Bell was born in Iran, so it could possibly be her mom or someone related to her.

Garrett Nussmeier (QB, LSU)

That could hurt his draft stock. I’ve read the NFL teams do not like drafting quarterbacks with a hand size less than 9-1/2". Danny Weurffle had about a 9" hands. It was one of the reason he dropped so far in a draft.

Most NFL teams would like to have a quarterback with at least a 10" hand. Although he wasn’t 6', Drew Brees had a 10-1/2 inch hand. When Sean Payton first met Drew Brees, he said one of the things that really stuck out to him was that when he greeted him with a handshake, he realized that Drew had huge hands.
Cindy Crawford and her daughter are definitely up there...

Not to mention Lori Laughlin and her daughter....
