If it's such a weak field, why didn't LIV schedule events opposite the three FedEx events?

Is LIV done for the year ?

If not, their viewership will plummet when football starts up.

The PGA tour is exciting when JJ Spaun leads

Have to agree.

But have to give him credit, he is playing great on a very tough course.

Hopefully Finau and Sam will make a charge tomorrow.

LIV is working on being more of an international market. Football will crush the states market but Japan and Aus will be normal.

Just wondering how hard Jay Monahan will be pulling for Cam Smith today?

They just penalized Smith 2 strokes for a bad placement yesterday

Oh boy. This ought to piss a few people off. It was the correct ruling though.

Makes sense Smith wants to join LIV. He can learn all the cheating angles from the goat cheater Reed.

They just talked through the scenario. It sounds like Cam owned up to his mistake. Such a cool dude.

That penalty is such garbage and wouldn’t have been called on Rory. They went back and reviewed everything he did to find a penalty.

I’m not saying it was the ‘wrong’ ruling I’m saying they aren’t watching non-LIVs to the same standard.

The ball was obviously touching the red line. Why did it take the PGA officials the next day and multiple looks to make the call? They saw all this yesterday.

Had Cam Smith simply hit the ball on the out-of-bounds line instead of the water it would have been "legal" to simply shoot the next shot on the red line.

Where's the competitive advantage, either way here?

Cam Smith a great representative for LIV golf. Great sportmanship.

The rule seems ridiculous

Why even have a painted line there?

Why didn’t they DQ him? He signed an incorrect card.

They did the same thing to Tiger in the ‘13 Masters. I remember multiple media members calling for Tiger to “withdraw” because he signed an incorrect scorecard. I have heard no such thing today. It is a very similar scenario. Both players thought they were playing within the rules, but were not.

Azinger just said the rule was recently changed.
