I played there as a kid and more recently with my wife, who is a beginner. Greens are small and bumpy, as you would expect from a 9-hole course that is on the grounds of an industrial plant. No riding carts to rent, but the locals keep their carts there. You pay by honor system in an envelope. It's a cheap option for beginners, and it's not crowded so you don't have to worry about holding up anyone.
